2. Cancellation Policy: The following charges will apply in the event of cancellation:
Please Note: Any payments made are strictly non-refundable as vehicles and drivers have been blocked for you and your group.
- All payments are strictly non-refundable, and the balance must be received 1 month prior to commencement.
- More than 1 month prior to travel or transfer commencement, 20% charge.
- Between 1 week and 1 month prior to transfer commencement, 30% charge.
- Between 48 hours and 1 week prior to transfer commencement, 50% charge.
- Less than 48 hours prior to transfer commencement, 100% charge.
3. Perth Maxi Charters reserves the right to cancel or alter transfers without notice as deemed necessary. Transfer & Tour itineraries are intended as a guide only. Alterations may come about due to road conditions, flooding, mechanical defects or other reasons. Any additional expenses incurred by the passenger are not the company's responsibility. Perth Maxi Charters and / or its agents and employees are unable to guarantee exact arrival or departure times. The company will not be liable for failure to make connections with any other service.
4. In the event of a breakdown or other mechanical defect, the operator reserves the right to substitute vehicles other than specified to ensure operation of transfers. However we do not take any responsibility for the same.
5. A minimum number of passengers are required for transfers & tours which may be formed of several different groups of people. Group discounts available.
6. No responsibility is accepted for any loss to personal belongings. items, articles, etc. It is highly recommended that you ensure no material is left behind on vehicles. .
