Following are a few queries we frequently receive and if you read through it, you may have your questions answered too.

Question 1 - Are the vehicles sure to pick us up?
Answer- YES, once we accept a booking we have always picked up people and taken them back to the destination.
Question 2 - Why are the charges higher then taxis?
Answer - We provide a fix price on travel and provide a Guarantee of pickup, once booking accepted by us
Question 3 - Do we have to pay for the return trip also now, on getting on the vehicle?
Answer- YES, please do so, as we provide a guarantee of return and require to be paid before hand. This ensures your return transfer also.
Question 4 - Can we drink on the buses?
Answer - No, Sorry. Drinking on vehicles is prohibited and if the Police catch you, You, the customer may be fined, and that will certainly spoil your night.
Question 5 - Are the coach captains reliable?
Answer - Most of our team drivers are with us for last few years. We have tested their integrity and honesty over a period of time and experienced total customer outlook. People have forgotten jewellery, cameras, mobile phones, passports, valuables, etc. which have been returned back to clients. Also all coach drivers are Police cleared.
Question 6 - How punctual are your pickups?
Answer - We have a very strict policy for maintaining times of pickup. Our statistics records show less then 1% rate of delayed pickups. However due to traffic conditions, bad weather, delay due to other group before your pickup delaying driver too much, may create delays, totally out of our control. In most cases we have enough lead time for drivers and so jobs are not too cramped or ever double booked.
Question 7 - If we book a vehicle and need to return earlier or later then booked time, can we do so?
Answer - YES, certainly, we will try and assist. However if driver, we have allocated job to return your group home, is already busy with another job, we may allocate another driver to pickup . If that is not possible we will inform you when you phone for time change, and inform you tentative time of your changed pickup possible immediately However please provide us as much lead time as possible and a minimum of 2 hours before time change. Please do not expect a time change with 5 minutes notice, normally not possible.
Question 8 - What number do we dial if we require any changes or assistance after hours?
Answer - Our after hours number of 9402 8000 is personally attended and will be replied to answer your query.
Question 9 - Can we get a vehicle to transfer big groups, "at the drop of a hat"?
Answer - You may try phoning and enquiring, however we cannot promise a vehicle, as we do gaurantee our pre-booked clients who receive first priority.
Question 10 - Are the vehicles neat and clean, not bombs?
Answer - All our vehicles are maintained and kept to a high standard of cleanliness by our Maintenance and cleaning staff in our factory at Wangara.
